Background

A major middle eastern developer required $50’m-$80’m financing for further investment and development. 

They had income generating assets (consisting of both residential and commercial towers) that could be collateralised for funding, but did not have the expertise to do so.

  

Delivery

  • Created detailed financial models and performed net operating income analysis to determine valuation.  

  • Proposed an asset back lending structure whereby the borrower would transfer the asset ownership interest to the lender for the term of the loan. 

  • Documented deal structure teasers and introduced the borrower to various potential lending partners in the UK.

  • Facilitated discussion on deal terms and structure.
