Usman has over 14 years of experience in financial services, spanning Tier 1 Investment Banks, Asset Managers, and Trading Venues.  His passion for optimising delivery returns per dollar spent earned him "The Lean Force"  nick name among his peers. 

In 2017, Usman saw a gap in the market for a consulting firm that could outperform traditional firms on delivery quality at a third of the cost to clients. 

Recognising the inefficiencies and excessive overheads of traditional consulting firms, he set out to build a delivery-focused firm that leverages expert network collaboration to scale efficiently, all while keeping client costs low.

Usman brings a wealth of cross industry experience across risk, regulatory compliance, business transformation and finance. His expertise includes regulatory licensing applications and risk framework development (including regulatory capital).

Usman remains deeply involved in every engagement, ensuring hands-on delivery. Outside of work, he's an avid cricket enthusiast.
